Phenytoin sodium 100 mg/2 mL injection (Haizure), supplied in ampoules. An anticonvulsant for slow intravenous administration by a healthcare professional only, in a monitored setting, on the order of a licensed physician. Store as indicated on the pack insert; do not use if the solution is discoloured or contains a precipitate. Prescription required (Rx).
