Dobutamine 50 mg/mL injection (Doburis), supplied in ampoules as a concentrate that must be diluted before intravenous infusion. An inotrope for administration by a healthcare professional only, in a monitored critical-care setting, on the order of a licensed physician. Store as indicated on the pack insert; discard if the solution is discoloured or contains particles. Prescription required (Rx).
